When you make an enquiry or booking, we collect your name, contact details, passport information (required by Rwanda Development Board for permit issuance), and payment details. We never sell this information to third parties.
Your information is used to submit gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permit applications to RDB on your behalf, arrange lodge and transport bookings, and send you trip-related communications. With your consent, we may also send occasional Journal updates.
Because gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits are official RDB products, your name and passport details are shared directly with RDB as part of the permit application process. This is a required step for permit issuance and cannot be completed without it.
